Tasting notes by Geoff Adams, wine writer: Karelas Mavrodaphne Fum? is full of raisin and fig fruit, good concentration, very well balanced by firm tasty acidity. The toasted oak added a very pleasant and unusual smoky twist to this style of wine, which I have not experienced before. It really worked. A delicious dessert wine, which I think will go well with fruit.
