Made from lemon crisp Assyrtiko grapes coerced out of the island of Santorini’s black volcanic soil, is an extremely serious wine sort of Pouilly Furne of the Cyclades. Enjoy it now for its zestly freshness, or watch it develop a richer honeyed edge with time in bottle.

The rare Cephalonian varieties Tsaoussi (40%) and Muscat of Cephalonia (30%) blended with Sauvignon Blanc (30%) to create this unique wine. Gentilini Aspro is a perfectly balanced, sophisticatedwine with aromas of citrus, honey and tropical fruits. It also expresses its limestone terroir with mineral notes, crisp acidity and long aftertaste.

100% Robola 13% vol. A fresh, citrusy, dry white wine, which expresses all the characteristic fruit, minerality and terroir of this variety. Aromas of vanilla, white peach and citron. Complex and balanced with a long finish. SILVER PRIZE Decanter Wine Awards 2010

** Limited quantities available** 100% Robola 13% vol. It is made from the grapes of old vines planted on the southern slopes of Mount Ainos at an altitude of 850 m above sea level. The steep slope, the sun light and the gravely, chalky soil of this single vineyard results in very low yields, giving great complexity to the wine, with concentrated mineral and citrus flavours. A small quantity is carefully oaked before blending, which gives greater body and sophistication to the wine.

100% CHARDONNAY An elegant 100% Chardonnay from the Single Vineyard Houlevena. It offers pretty pear, melon and apple aromas and flavors. It has a steely, minerally spine and a clean mouthwatering feel. Dry and crisp on the finish, a typical wine reflecting the potential of Atalanti Valley through the Chardonnay grape.

ATHIRI/MALAGOUSIA A refreshing white wine just right as aperitif. Lemon drop and green apple flavors are couched in a soft dry mouth feel. With a steely and green character gives a medium bodied result coupled with lively acidity. Enjoy it with all types of seafood.

ASSYRTIKO/ATHIRI/ROBOLA Bright, straw-yellow colour. Pleasant aromas of freshly cut pear, melon, and green apple. Generous with crisp acidity and refreshing liveliness. Very good aftertaste.

100% Moschofilero. A tang of lemon and a hint of rosewater. Good as an aperitif, with poultry or fish - especially when cooked in rich sauces, soft cheeses.
